Dr Tim Ayres: Learning about leadership: CrossFit, consultancy and the Climb programme

Tim is a Consultant in EM in Cardiff, Wales. His clinical interests are transformation and quality improvement. He is currently part of a leadership program called the Climb Program, so he feels excited to see where that leads. Outside work Tim is passionate about exercise and being outside, preferably on his e-bike or skis!
