We believe we are unique; SKI-ED is a non-profit making conference, organised by medics, for medics.

Our aim is simple. To promote sustainable careers in medicine, to share knowledge, and to inspire and educate each other. All within a stunning location, surrounded by world class ski slopes. Want to know more? Then read on….

What is SKI-ED all about?

The driving force behind setting up this conference was the recognition of the increasing pressure we face as clinicians, but also the realisation that many amongst us carve out fantastic and satisfying careers and have interests outside of medicine, to balance out time spent at work.  

In the face of the current difficulties in recruiting and retaining staff within the NHS, we feel that it is hugely important to create a forum whereby we can share these experiences to support and inspire each other. SKI-ED is this forum.
