Dr Nathanael Wright: Primary care for the socially excluded

Nat qualified as a GP in 1994 and has thirty years’ experience undertaking clinical, research and medicolegal activity to homeless people, prisoner populations and wider socially excluded populations. He is passionate regarding improving the pathways between primary and secondary care to enhance the quality of healthcare offered to such hard-to-reach groups.
