Higgi is a consultant in EM in Plymouth. He’s a generalist but also practices paediatric EM and prehospital care. As vice president of RCEM he sometimes gets asked how to fix the NHS. He hasn’t got a clue so is hoping that by preparing a talk on the subject he may come up with some new ideas.
